• Appointment Booking: Scheduling and managing consultation appointments.
• Prescriptions and Reports: Digital prescriptions and health reports accessible through user accounts.

• Please arrive on time for in-person appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All payments for consultations and products are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Existing confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.
